The Gro-program
The Government (2005-2009) wishes to support female entrepreneurs, and to grant NOK 10 million to women who already have established a company. The program is named after former prime minister Gro Harlem Brundtland.

The project Fostering Caring Masculinities (FOCUS)
The project aims at examining and improving men’s opportunities for balancing work and private / family life, and encouraging men to share in tasks related to care. To reach this goal the project will focus on companies' framework conditions with respect to their perceptions of men as actors and target groups in equality policies. This project involves five countries: Germany, Iceland, Slovenia, Spain and Norway.

Towards a Closing of the Gender Pay Gap
A European project on wage differences between women and men. The project was funded by the European Commission's Community Framework Strategy on Gender Equality (2001-2005) and by national authorities.

Women towards ownership, in business and agriculture
Women towards Ownership in Business and Agriculture is a European project about women’s access to ownership. The overall objective of the project is to stimulate women as active owners in business and agriculture and thereby strengthen their position and decision-making in the economy. The aim is to motivate women to use their potential power as owners more actively, especially through participation in company boards and top management.
