Introducing comprehensive sexuality education, making abortions legal and combating harassment based on people's sexual orientation and gender identity are all important factors in promoting human rights of young people worldwide. This was stated by the Permanent Representative of Norway to the UN, Morten Wetland, during the 45th Session of the Commission on Population and Development. The session focused on the human rights of young people, including sexual and reproductive rights.
